Is there something strange in your neighbourhood or home? Call me, Jestira, your modern day ghostbuster. No home or land is the same. Each has their own unique spirits, trauma, footprints and impact on your life. Over time, energetic imbalance in a space mirror through the body, land, or animals who reside there. While these experiences can have many contributing factors, they may also point to deeper energetic influences worth exploring. These imbalances can include: disincarnate souls, geopathic stressors, trauma of the land, current energies that reside, and more. What are some possible signs that a land clearing is needed? Possible subtle or emotional signs: Persistent feelings of heaviness or unease in certain areas of the home, unrestful sleep or recurring vivid dreams, heightened irritability, tension, or emotional triggers among household members, difficulty focusing or mental fog, feeling energetically “drained” while spending time in the space, ongoing fatigue, unexplained aches, or recurring discomfort, animals showing signs of distress or becoming unwell without clear reason, garden or land areas that struggle to thrive, repeated challenges with fertility — of the land, plants, or inhabitants, a strong resistance or reluctance to leave the property, even temporarily. I will guide you to foster a deeper connection with the land and its Spirits, assessing their happiness in order to cultivate intentional relationships with the spirits of the land. This is a transformative healing for you and your property that will open the doors to establish a profound connection with nature and the spirits of your home. This will allow you to honour, witness and elevate your environment to bring harmony to both your home and heart, while kicking anything out that doesn't belong. After the work is completed, I will send you a detailed report outlining the healing work completed, channeled messages from the spirits of the land and home, and personalized recommendations to maintain balance moving forward. This includes a thorough assessment of your space, identifying energies and imbalances that affected harmony in the home and land. No home or land is the same. Cancellation Policy
Home and Land Healings are priced on a case-by-case basis. After the initial intake call, I will email you a proposal and contract to sign. Payment plans are available upon request. Due the nature of this service, all sales are final. Please note that all appointments made on a specific date through the website are not final as my schedule is not the same every week depending on appointments made both online and offline. I will reach out to you to finalise the date for our appointment. In regards to any services provided, cancellations are not accepted. By paying/signing a proposal for a service, you agree to pay for the service in full and to follow through with the appointment. Affodilus Gardens accepts requests to reschedule appointments on a case-by-case basis. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, you, the client, are responsible for sending an email to affodilusgardens@proton.me with more than 24 hours notice that the appointed time needs to be rescheduled. if you do not reach out to reschedule more than 24 hours before the appointed time and do not show up at the appointed time you have retained me for, you agree that there will be no refunds, that you will not request for a refund if the appointment has already been paid in full, and that the service will be paid in full the day of the appointment if it has not already been paid.
